  化学英語の翻訳なのですが、長すぎてどうしようもありません。よろしければおねがいします。Bulk Photopolymarization of VPi and VAcOur polymezation apparatus is shown in Figure1. VPi or VAc was charged in a 150 mL cylindrical pyrex tube, which was placed in a low temperature methanol bath and was flushed with nitrogen for 3h. After the polymerization temperature was fixed and AIBN or ADVIN was added, the mixture was irradiated with a high pressure 500 W mercury lamp. As polymerization proceeded, the reaction mixture became very viscous. The unreacted monomer was distilled out of the mixture under vacuum. PVPi and PVAc were purified by reprecipitation in acetone/water and acetone/n-hexane, respectively. After the unreacted monomer had been removed by drying in vasuo, convertion was calculated by measuring the weight of the polymer.Saponification of PVPiIn a flask equipped with a reflux condenser, a thermocouple, a dropping funnel, and a stirring device 3g of PVPi was dissolved in 300mL of tetrahydrofuran. The PVPi solution in the flask and a potassium hydroxide/methanol/water solution in the dropping funnel was added to the PVPi solution stirred at affixed temperature. After the saponification reaction had been completed, the solid fibrillar reaction mixture was tapped mechanically or treated on an ultrasonic generator containing a methanol solution. The fibers thus produced were filtered and a quantitative yield of bright-yellow PVA fibril was obtained.Saponification of PVAc13To a solution of 2g of PVAc in 100mL of methanol, 2.5mL of 40% NaOH aqueous solution was added, and the mixture was stirred for 5h at room room acid temperature to yield PVA. PVA produced was filtered and washed well with methanol.Acetylation of PVAA mixture of 1g of PVA, 2mL of pyridine, 20mL of acetic anhydride, and 20mL of acetic room acid was stirred in a three-necked flask at 100℃ under an atmosphere of nitrogen. Than the mixture was poured into cold water to precipitate PVAc. PVAc thus produced was filtered and purified by repeating the reprecipitation from methanol and water.
